Requirements
- Have 02 years of experience in recruiting & HR operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment with high volume recruitment
- Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various channels, screen resumes and applications, perform phone screenings, manage the entire interview process, conducting reference checks, selection, and closing process. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Engagement with Universities & educational institution in order to build the talent pipeline. This includes working with them to participate in career fairs, internships, events etc.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage the pre-onboarding process.
- Manage staff Leave and attendance including the track of leaves/ related reports of all the employees and keep all records up to date.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and data related to HR department and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
