Job Description
Company Description: Global Vinyl (Pvt) Limited is a leading vinyl flooring manufacturer in Sri Lanka with over 40 years of experience. Based in Ja-ela, the company is renowned for producing top-quality vinyl flooring products.
Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Ja-ela. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, and operations management.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Production Planning, Production Management, and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience in quality control and operations management
- Ability to collaborate with sales and procurement teams for seamless supply chain
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in vinyl flooring or similar industry a plus
