Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports with accuracy and compliance.
- Manage financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Verify documentation and process payments.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.
- Pay statutory payables on time and build stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and assist in budget preparation.
- Support audit processes and prepare ad hoc reports.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in accounting or finance management.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting & finance.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable taxes and payment processes.
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and willingness for late hours.
