Job Description
Experience Required:
- Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent (AAT qualified or ICASL/ACCA/CIMA Part qualified).
- University degree 1/2 year or completed HND in accounts field will be an added advantage.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience preferably in UK accounting industry.
- Previous UK experience in Accountancy and Taxation.
- Experience in QB, XERO, IRIS, TaxCalc is preferable.
- Good English, communication, and team working skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package is essential.
- Willing to work on UK shift (UK Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting bookkeeping tasks.
- Processing payroll efficiently.
- Verifying financial statements, ledgers, and accounts, and rectifying errors where necessary.
- Producing financial reports for analysis.
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conducting general financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts accurately.
- Participating in systems development and documentation.
- Providing accounting services across all areas of the business as required.
