Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at XITRICON in Colombo. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely financial information and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIMA or ACCA is a plus
