Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Job Role:
- Create and send invoices accurately and promptly.
- Maintain customer profiles efficiently in our Odoo system.
- Update the debtor sheet.
- Identify and report reconciliation errors for financial integrity.
- Collaborate on quarterly export schedules with shared services.
- Provide reports and support for SVAT monitoring.
- Engage in accurate tax summary confirmation with shared services.
- Handle invoicing for scrap sale and asset disposal processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Partly qualified in AAT/CA/CIMA is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer literacy with exceptional knowledge in the Microsoft Excel package is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
