Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team at CodeGen International. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable processes, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure financial compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Process payments accurately and timely.
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
- Resolve discrepancies between statements and records.
- Improve AP processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth payments.
Pre-Requisites:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- ERP experience preferred (Odoo System).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledgeable on tax changes impact.
