Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track and record cash flow. They should have experience in managing financial databases, problem-solving skills, and the capability to track 1099s and generate year-end reports. Responsibilities include reviewing and recording vendor invoices, processing employee expense reports, maintaining 1099s, and ensuring compliance with approved vendors and policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in General Ledger and Accounts Payable processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented candidates with strong analytical skills are preferred.
