Job Description
Job Duties
- Develop and implement a premises management plan
- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Manage vehicle park area and company parking regulations
- Supervise Janitorial staff and address maintenance issues
- Welcome visitors at the front desk and guide them
- Stay updated on premises management trends
- Work hours from 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level and relevant qualification
- Prior premises management experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Team management skills
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team
- Reside near Rajagiriya with a driver’s license (preferred)
