Role Description:
This full-time position in Colombo District entails providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondences, communicating with stakeholders, assisting executives, and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Administrative and Executive Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Clerical proficiency and office equipment knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Confidentiality maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
