Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Engineer located in Colombo. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units for residential and commercial properties. The engineer will also be in charge of running the entire department, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Looking for a mechanical engineer
- Certification in HVAC or refrigeration is preferred
- Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of various air conditioning units
- Understanding of electrical wiring and schematics
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and lead a large team
- Valid driver’s license
