Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role combining responsibilities of Air Freight and Sea Freight coordination at Altair (Pvt) Ltd. You will manage shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air and sea freight shipments
- Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and stakeholders
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Monitor and track shipments
- Resolve transportation issues
- Negotiate freight rates
- Maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2-3 years of experience in air and/or sea freight coordination
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Certification in freight forwarding is a plus
