The company, Sindbad (Pvt.) Ltd, is a pioneer Export oriented Company with over 50 years of experience in the business. We are located in Rathmalana and currently seeking an Assistant Accountant.
Role Description
This full-time position is based in Ratmalana. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, preparing monthly accounts, SVAT returns, financial record maintenance, reconciling accounts, and assisting the finance team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- AAT qualified or Part qualified in CA preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
