We’re looking for a dedicated and well experienced individual with integrated advertising agency experience to join our vibrant brand management team to undertake the following tasks,

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for all client marketing and communication needs, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
•  Managing and monitoring the team’s weekly, daily, monthly and quarterly activity
• Work towards achieving the team’s targets on the collection of due/overdue client payments
• Understanding client briefs, identifying business problems of clients and providing strategic marketing communications solutions
•  Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Developing clear, creative client briefs based on the requirement of the client and internal departments
• Supervising the quality of all marketing communications solutions under the team’s purview. This includes maintaining project deadlines, design, user experience and creativity of marketing communication solutions
• Keeping track of the latest trends and advances in technologies and understanding the progress in marketing technologies such as digital marketing, with the aim of offering innovative and creative solutions to clients
• Directing activities for professional development of team members
• Ensuring that the team’s functionalities are contributing to the profitability of the agency
• Improving the retention of clients on retainer and the rate of returning clients who are not on a retainer through relationship management, cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
• Cross-sell business solutions of other SBU’s to existing or potential clients when seen fit
•  Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial targets allocated to the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a brand management role in an advertising agency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
