Job Description
The position holder will be responsible for brand visibility and brand performance in terms of sales, inventory, and margins of identified product lines. He/ she will also be responsible for Category/ Brand advertising and marketing activities.
Job Profile:
- Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure the products and services meet customer’s expectations and build credibility
- Manage product life cycle and plan promotions as per dynamics
- Need to work on promotion for various channels – showrooms, channels, and e-commerce marketing
- Plan and deliver on growth (Volume, Value) in alignment with internal category teams
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
- Meeting with front end sales force and working with colleagues across multiple departments
- Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots
Personal Profile:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling branding and marketing
- Professionally qualified in Marketing (CIM/SLIM)
- A degree from a recognized university
- Creative and ability to produce innovative ideas
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the market
- Energetic and passionate about brand-building
- Time and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Go-getter with strong communication and leadership skills
