Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Development Manager to join our team in the Savoury Retail & UFS division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Development Manager to drive product innovation and growth in the retail and foodservice sectors.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of new product concepts, conducting market research to identify trends, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to bring ideas to market.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for food, a background in product development, and excellent project management skills. Prior experience in the food industry and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are preferred.
