Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food Beverage Manager at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo. The Assistant Food Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day food service operations, managing the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing training to staff, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in training staff
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
