Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the travel industry
- Knowledge of GDS Systems (Sabre preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Iata/UFTAA Foundation, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
