Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Finance Manager for one of our client companies (5 Star Hotel located in Colombo).
Required skills:
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning and financial decision-making
- Precision in handling financial data and preparing reports
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of work experience in a finance or accounting role within the Hotel industry is mandatory
- Skills in developing budgets, financial forecasts, and performing variance analysis
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports
