Job Description

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

  • a. Developing HR Strategy: Partnering with senior management to develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • b. Policy and Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • c. Workforce Planning: Forecasting future talent needs and developing strategies to attract and retain necessary skills.

2. HR Operations Management:

  • a. Overseeing HR Departments: Providing leadership and direction to ensure efficient operations across all HR functions.
  • b. Recruitment and Onboarding: Leading the recruitment process and overseeing new hire onboarding.
  • c. Compensation and Benefits: Managing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • d. Performance Management: Implementing systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • e. Employee Relations: Addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • f. Learning and Development: Creating training programs to enhance employee skills.

3. Additional Responsibilities:

  • a. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential HR risks.
  • b. Change Management: Leading HR initiatives during organizational changes.
  • c. Data Analysis and Reporting: Using HR data to measure program effectiveness.
