Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Present actionable insights from data and market intel in talent acquisition.
- Identify hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Screen resumes, coordinate with line managers for interviews.
- Develop talent pools and contribute to succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, 2-3 years in the apparel sector preferred.
- PQHRM/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows & HRIS System, PowerBI experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills
