Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 07 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and labor case handling.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations is preferred.
