Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Nawaloka Hospital Negombo. The Assistant Manager will manage HR operations, assist in recruitment, administer benefits, conduct training, handle employee relations, and ensure HR policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- BSc / MSc in HR Management or Business Management or relevant HR qualification.
