Job Description
Collaborate with the Group HR Office to drive HR initiatives, policies, and procedures aligning with company values and goals.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
Manage hotel recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and administer benefits, payroll, and appraisals.
Facilitate training programs for skill enhancement and career growth.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Cultivate an inclusive work environment, handle HR issues, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
HR qualification, English & Sinhala proficiency, 2-3 years’ HR experience, HR policy knowledge, HRIS familiarity, interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, confidentiality, organizational skills.
