THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA highly desirable.
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Sri Lanka’s laws, regulations.
- Experience in internal audit methodologies and policies.
- Exceptional leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
- Salary: 200K-250K (Negotiable)
