Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and we are currently looking for an Assistant Manager – Group Internal Audit for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assist Head of Group Internal Audit
- Implement Internal Audit strategy and prepare Risk Based Internal Audit Plans and Programs
- Facilitate Policy & Procedure improvement at group level
- Align Internal Audit Practices with International Standards
- Supervise Internal Audit Staff and guide in Data Analysis
- 4-5 years experience in Internal Auditing required
- Knowledge in using audit analytic tools and SAP ERP
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Graduate in Management, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Certifications like CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CIA preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- High integrity, ethics, and willingness to travel for audits
