Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and resolve grievances, conflicts, and complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies for enhanced engagement.
- Ensure policy compliance and conduct training on labor laws.
- Analyze data for improvement, prepare reports, and assess program effectiveness.
- Advise leadership, foster communication, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of employee relations experience.
- Expertise in employment laws, conflict resolution, and communication.
