Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Manufacturing Excellence for one of the leading MNC’s in FMCG industry.
Job Requirements:
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Monitor and control manufacturing expenses.
- Manage manufacturing projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing excellence or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and project management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
