Job Description

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, including engineering, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, reviewing services, resolving service issues, and coordinating necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Set up and lead a successful operations team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
