Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant (All-Day Dining) to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner. Reporting to the Manager, Restaurant, you will oversee culinary creations in a luxurious setting, ensuring the utmost luxury experience for guests.
Your role includes managing the administration and operations of our All-Day Dining restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering seamless service. You will collaborate with the Chef and senior team, plan events, and support budget preparation. If you have prior experience in luxury hotels, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a dynamic approach, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
