Job Description

Leading Steel Suppliers in Sri Lanka is looking for an Assistant Manager- Service Station.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the service station, including customer service, vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Supervise and train service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement service schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze service station performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automobile engineering and repair processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to automotive service stations.
