Job Description

Industry: Facilities Management

Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Required:

• Two (2) years minimum experience in a similar role. (Facilities Management experience preferred.)
• Must speak English or Arabic.

Salary: OMR 500 (No Food Allowance)

Terms & Conditions of Employment

• Period of Employment: Two (2) years, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement.
• Place of Employment: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
• Air Travel:
• The employee shall bear the cost of the initial air ticket to Oman.
• The company shall provide a return air ticket upon successful completion of the two-year contract

• Working Hours:
• Standard working hours shall be 10 hours per day, 6 days per week (60 hours per week).
• Overtime will be paid according to Omani Labor Law.

• Probation Period: Ninety (90) days from the date of entry into Oman.

• Accommodation: The company shall provide free bachelor accommodation.

• Utilities: The company shall cover the cost of water, electricity, and gas.

• Medical Insurance: The company shall provide medical insurance coverage.

• Transportation: The company shall provide transportation to and from the work site.

• Uniform and Safety Materials: The company shall provide necessary uniforms and safety equipment.

• Service Gratuity and Leave Pay: The company shall provide service gratuity and leave pay in accordance with Omani Labor Law.
