Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Engineer to join our team. As an Assistant Property Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of our properties, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Your duties will include conducting regular inspections, identifying and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors, and assisting the Property Engineer in various tasks related to property management.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in Engineering or related field, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. Prior experience in property management or engineering is a plus.
