Job Description
Job Profile:
The Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance oversees the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the food safety management system. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with country laws and regulations, conducting food safety trainings, and maintaining ISO standards. Support for R&D activities is also expected.
Personal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in food industry required.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills.
