Job Description
The position holder will be expected to ensure high standards of customer service, SFA management, and provide high-quality, professional after-sale services.
Personal Profile:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service center, providing leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
- Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
- Review and monitor SLA and KPI delivery.
- Provide training and technical support to motivate the service team.
- Analyze trends for operational efficiency and manage spare parts stock.
- Provide feedback on product defects to the R&D division.
Job Profile:
- HN Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Management.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil proficiency preferred.
- 3+ years managerial experience in customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
