Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, conduct market research, and achieve sales targets. They will identify new business opportunities and work with cross-functional teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver annual sales targets with sustainable growth
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare sales documents and update management on industry trends
- Analyze sales data, develop strategies, and address challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in elevators
- Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Communications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and local industry trends
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
