Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies for projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Manage and oversee project sales activities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits and follow up on project progress.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the tile showroom industry.
- Strong knowledge of tile products and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
