Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meet stakeholders to gather needs for Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Lead requirement discussions, document, analyze, and translate business requirements into specifications
- Communicate effectively with business and technical teams
- Groom backlog, develop user stories, and prioritize tasks
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile activities
- Conduct user acceptance testing
Key Skills & Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in software development business analysis
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
- Well organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Ability to conduct meetings, present ideas, and findings
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
