Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Attorney-at-Law. The Associate will handle complex legal issues, provide accurate legal advice, conduct research, draft legal documents, and support senior lawyers in case management and client communication.

Qualifications

• Attorney-at-Law with 2-3 years of experience
• Strong grasp of Sri Lankan laws and legal procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player with a law degree from a recognized university
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department preferred
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting
• Knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law is a bonus
