Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop the project plan, resource plan, contingency plan to meet project objectives.
- Manage the multiple project team and ensure timely deliveries.
- Be proactive, motivating, encouraging, and supporting team members.
- Good knowledge of JIRA project tracking tool.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Experience in leading remote teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to track and report on agreed metrics/KPIs.
- Ability to provide leadership with effective coordination between the client and internal teams.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
