Job Description
Overview: As an Azure Administrator, you will be crucial in managing and optimizing our Azure environment. Your responsibilities include configuring cloud solutions, ensuring robust security, and deploying data warehouses and containers to maintain a secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Azure Configurations: Manage and configure Azure resources, including VMs, storage accounts, and networking components.
- Security: Implement and maintain security best practices, monitor compliance, and respond to security incidents.
- Data Warehouse Deployment: Design, deploy, and manage data warehouse solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Container Deployment: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other container orchestration tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services like VMs, Storage, and Networking.
- Experience with Azure security services and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in data warehouse technologies and tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, SQL Data Warehouse).
- Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and their deployment on Azure.
- Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
