We are hiring a full-time Bancassurance Specialist to build relationships with partner banks, promote insurance products, achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and claims, and maintain transaction records.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
