- Minimum 2 years of experience in branch banking.
- Ideal candidates need five (05) Credits at GCE Ordinary Level including Mathematics and English and Three (03) Passes at GCE Advanced Level including General English.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Banking will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to branch credit is a plus.
- Smart, intelligent, and with a pleasing personality.
- Team player with good communication skills in English.
- IT literacy with proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil languages.
