Requirement:

• Minimum 6-12 years’ experience in Branch Management in Commercial Banking or investment banking functions.
• Proven track record in achieving branch target and leading the branch team.
• Ability to build a network and standardize the branch.
• Professional qualification in Marketing or related discipline, certification in Credit Management preferred.
• Should be fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Candidate willing to relocate.
