Job Description
One of our clients in the Investment Banking & Finance Sector is seeking eligible candidates for the position of Branch Manager at various locations (Matara, Anuradhapura, Kalutara, Ratnapura, Gampaha).
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 -12 years’ experience in Branch Management in Commercial Banking or investment banking functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving branch targets and leading teams.
- Ability to build networks and standardize branch operations.
- Professional qualification in Marketing or related discipline; Credit Management certification preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil required.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
