Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, staff management, customer service, and sales goals.
- Develop strategies to drive branch performance and achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff for exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive business development initiatives.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Represent the bank in the local community through events participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills in team building and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
