Job Description

This is an on-site contractual role (third party) for a Brand Manager / Asst. Brand Manager – Emerging Markets at Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka, located in Kaduwela.

The Position

  1. Responsible for managing Consumer & Food Services brands in South Asian markets
  2. Manage special projects related to Innovations – Development and Market execution
  3. Conduct research to test concepts and understand consumer/ shopper insights
  4. Develop customer, shopper & trade marketing plans for brands
  5. Forecast volumes for Demand planning
  6. Develop brand plans for perfect market execution
  7. Review performance internally and externally
  8. Manage and reconcile spends effectively
  9. Identify cost-effective initiatives for brand value

The Person

  • Proven brand management or marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of emerging markets and consumer trends
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing
  • CIM qualified
