Job Description

Are you a talented Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact? We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assisting with project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration related field.
• Experience in team coordination and project management tasks.
• Knowledge or experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
