Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze short-term projects to identify business needs and objectives.
• Gather, document, and validate project requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure project quality.
• Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
• Prepare detailed documentation (requirements, test plans, project reports).
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to leverage generative AI for tasks including analysis and testing.
• Proficient in XML and JSON data analysis (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of test case creation and execution.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
