Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share and enhance customer experience
- Analyze pain points of customers, develop a deep understanding of customer experience
- Translate product road map into detailed specifications and prototypes
- Conduct competitor product analysis
- Collaborate with engineering team to deliver technical items
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent Communication in English – Written/Speaking
- Degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst preferable
- Experience in Technical and Professional Writing
- Knowledge of formal requirement elicitation methods and tools
- Proficient in research, analysis, and attention to detail
- Fresh graduates with research experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
